Both Reno and Sparks have an intensive and outstanding Parks and Recreation system. It is the intention of the Shire of the Desert Moon to visit every park in Reno and Sparks to recruit new members and increase the overall awareness of Amtgard.

According to the City of Reno Park list, there are nearly 60 city parks available for new Amtgard Events in Reno.
According to the City of Sparks Park list, there are nearly 10 city parks available for new Amtgard Events in Sparks.
